Louise is a Senior Organisation Development Consultant with a strong background in Line-Management and Consultancy. Starting her career with Hewlett-Packard, she was responsible for Recruitment and Training before moving into Consultancy.

Before joining Management Futures, Louise was a Director of the London and Bahrain based HR consultancy, Human Resource Partnership. She also ran her own consultancy, before being approached to join Mercer Human Resource Consulting as Head of Assessment and Development.

Louise is experienced in Leadership Development, Team Development, Facilitation and Executive Coaching. Her depth of skills has seen her working with multi-national teams on major restructuring to individual leaders on developing their skills.

Qualified in a wide range of Psychometric instruments, Louise has since joining us, applied her energetic approach with a variety of organisations in both the public and private sectors.
