Intensive Coaching Skills (ICS)
Our 4-day ICS programmes provide the perfect grounding to launch your coaching ambitions. A mandatory part of taking an ILM Level 5 or Level 7 qualification with us, this well-established programme has transformed the futures of more than 1000 people.
It focuses on two crucial components of coaching: the coaching mindset and the core skills. To be an outstanding coach you need both.
As you develop them you will improve as a coach and in other areas of your work. The skillset is a gamechanger for any manager, leader or team member.
The ICS is practical skill-building at its best. All elements of the interactive programme are based on research and many years practice.

ILM Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications
These qualifications encourage breadth in learning, application of skills and self-reflection. All involve completing a set number of hours of coaching practice, writing three assignments, and showing evidence of additional CPD in coaching. We look after all of this for you and go a step further - incorporating high quality feedback from practising coaches who themselves have helped to qualify hundreds of coaches, who in turn now earn their living from it.
We offer supervision and support from a named and experienced coach.
We track your coaching practice and provide feedback on your actual coaching work.
We offer access to regular ‘Qualification Cafes’ to keep you connected with MF supervisors and candidates.
