WHAT IS A COACHING CLINIC?

An online event exclusively for cohorts taking our ILM Level 5 certificate. Clinics give insight into best coaching practice, they explain how to meet the requirements of the ILM qualification and provide a forum for support and reflection.

‍WHAT WILL BE COVERED?

The focus will be on coaching practice, and how to capture and reflect on that practice within your assignments. The session will be structured as follows:

• Q&A ranging across all aspects of your coaching as we put our Head of Coach Skills Development in the hot-seat.
• Our Head of Digital Learning will be on hand to field any questions about the technical requirements of the certificate and how to get the most from the assessment and portfolio aspects of the course.
• In-depth advice on coaching topics of particular relevance to your assignments. Here you will develop broader and deeper perspectives on addressing the challenges set in an ILM qualification.

WHAT WILL I TAKE AWAY?

Our intention is that you will leave the Clinic with increased insight and confidence to progress your qualification, and to enhance your coaching practice, whatever your current context.
