WHAT IS A QUALIFICATION CAFÉ?

An online event where we gather to provide support, advice and reflection around successful coaching and completion of ILM qualifications. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, gain knowledge and discuss best practice.

‍WHAT WILL BE COVERED?

The focus will be on coaching practice, and how to capture and reflect on that practice within your assignments. The session will be structured as follows:

• Q&A ranging across all aspects of your coaching qualification as we put our Head of Coach Skills Development in the hot-seat.
• In-depth advice on coaching topics of particular relevance to your assignments. Here you will develop broader and deeper perspectives on addressing the challenges set in an ILM qualification.
• Discussion of an article of particular relevance to you as a coach. We will supply this in advance for you to read through.

WHAT WILL I TAKE AWAY?

Our intention is that you will leave the Café with increased insight and confidence to progress your qualification, and to enhance your coaching practice, whatever your current context.
