Dom Lydon

Dom is an experienced coach with a business leadership background in Human Resources and Organisational Development. Adept at providing coaching for individuals operating in an environment of ‘power, politics and pressure’, he works with his clients to go beyond just operating and surviving in the modern world of employment, to being able to enjoy their work and to feel good in the process.

Dom’s coaching style is calm, cheerful and challenging. He is a fervent believer in the positive impact coaching has for clients. Throughout his career, he has seen again and again that when space is provided for individuals to think, talk and be properly listened to, important progress is made towards optimum actions and outcomes.

During a 30-year career in HR and L&D with Nissan Europe, Dom worked across a variety of roles and locations, leading teams, delivering change, developing people and managing the mayhem. During this time his passion for coaching developed, he got himself qualified and dedicated himself to building the coaching culture in-house, with multiple benefits throughout the organisation.

Dom coaches at all levels, from senior executives to first time managers. He has worked extensively in the motor industry and its supply base, as well as across a range of other sectors including education, medical and public.
