Elena is a communications and storytelling specialist who is committed to helping people be the best they can be.
Working in both English and French, and with 13 years of experience, she has a particular interest in making the neuroscience behind communication relatable. Her clients gain understanding of how they’re affected by those around them and a heightened awareness of their own impact. Elena’s background as a writer and performer has been invaluable in supporting clients to overcome their nerves and to find their own voice and confidence with humour and clarity.
Facilitating 1:1 skills training on Personal Impact, Influencing Skills, Courageous Conversations and Giving Feedback, Elena has also designed and led Presence and Impact workshops for women in leadership roles from around the world. She works regularly all over Europe on storytelling and communications skills.
