With experience in the media, retail and leisure industries James was latterly Head of Talent and Development at News UK. He has worked with Media, Digital (including Start Ups), Financial Services, Transport, Publishing, Charity/not for profit and is experienced in coaching all levels from mid-level Managers with potential, through to Managing Directors and CEOs.
James has a proven track record in partnering with leaders and managers at points of transition, enabling high performance and career progression. He’s studied to Masters level in Coaching, is a Licensed NLP Practitioner and is qualified to use a wide range of psychometric tools including Hogan, MBTI, NEO Pi3, 16PF and Quintax to name a few.
