She has a background in the NHS and discovered coaching over 20 years ago. She bought her experience of leading in a highly complex and exacting environment to her coaching. She has continuously developed working with senior leaders across a broad range of sectors. She is also a supervisor for our coaching qualifications and loves developing burgeoning coaches.
Shirley is an expert coach, providing space for leaders to think and be challenged, a consummate professional. She is finding her clients particularly value the safe space she creates and the opportunity to breath!
