Toby has been involved in corporate training since 1999, focusing almost exclusively on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion since 2010.
Toby has extensive experience working globally, bringing this perspective both to his work and in his interactions with delegates. He is passionate about the power of conscious inclusion and inclusive leadership; and realistic about the real effort required in moving towards an equitable workplace.
A proud Northerner, Toby has a degree in Politics from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and a Post Graduate Certificate in Acting; and had a successful acting career for 20 years before transitioning full time into training & facilitation. Toby has lived with his partner Jonathon for 27 years.
