A key focus for MF is to help organisations make sustainable change and we’re extremely proud to be a part of Selfridges’ diversity, equity and inclusion journey.
Our first meeting with Selfridges was in January 2020, before the global pandemic and before the killing of George Floyd. Selfridges’ ambition to foster true inclusion and make leaders culturally competent was clear.
Fast forward 7 months and the diversity board was formed.
The diversity board is made up of Selfridges staff at all levels and areas of the business and they are taking action with the full backing of the business.
Each month their meeting is Executive sponsored and facilitated by MF Team Members, Sarah Cartwright and Shona Crooks.
We ensure there are clearly defined goals with measurable outcomes, and that there is both stretch and challenge. Our job between sessions is to hold them to account and share best practice, learned through our global experience.
