Change and Transition impact every organisation, MF included!

In July 2023 Julia Philpott steps away from her role as Head of Coaching at MF. For the 4 years she has been marvellous in the role; strengthening our Coaching services and building great relationships within the team and with clients.

We are delighted that Julia will continue to work with us as a Coach, and as a Senior Trainer on our Intensive Coaching Skills Programme.

Thank you Julia for all you’ve done. As one of the MF team recently remarked:
