Have you ever wondered how other people grow their coaching businesses?
In this interactive online session, we go beyond coaching practice to look at how coaches go about building a business. As well as learning what works for them, we spend time considering what it means for the coaching services each of us provide - or seek to provide in the future. Our focus is on coaches developing small businesses of their own - but there will be lots to interest coaches who operate in other settings too. Come along and see some new perspectives on growth.
Questions we’ll be addressing include:
- What do coaches really do to find their clients?
- Does the way I find them have to be the same as other coaches?
- What can we learn from each-other – and coaching itself – to help our businesses flourish?
What you can expect to take away:
- Real world knowledge of how other people create leads;
- Reflections on ‘niches’ and what having one might do for you and your client base;
- The crucial role of Trust in converting leads into clients.
As ever there will be an engaging mix of insight, challenge, wisdom and experience sharing. We’ll spend quality time in breakout rooms for proper conversation and exploration around how we operate in the coaching market.
