What's your Client Facing Persona?
We bring different aspects of our personalities to the various parts of our lives.
For example, the persona we embody when interacting with family and friends may be different to the one we share with our clients.
This session is a chance to investigate these differences and think deeply on the way we prepare to adopt a Client Facing Persona.
We will also address how to use persona to build trust and rapport. We will look at the essential elements of strong and positive relationships; sharing some practical ways we can create connection with our clients.
As a springboard into this topic, we invite you consider the following definition: "Trust is choosing to make something important to you vulnerable to the actions of someone else.” (Charles Feltman)
