Learning Lab: Psychological Safety at Work

Learning Labs
February 16, 2022

Learning Lab #31

How do you create a work environment where people flourish and are motivated and inspired to perform at their best?

Psychological safety is a condition in which you feel included and safe. Safe to learn, safe to contribute and safe to challenge the status quo without fear of being embarrassed, marginalised or punished.

As leaders we can build a 'safe base' with and for our teams in which potential is unlocked and innovations are unleashed.

Incorporating research from foremost thinkers in this field, including Amy Edmondson and Timothy R. Clark, our Learning Lab will support the transformation of experience at work, for ourselves and those around us.

- This session was designed by Lorraine Steele and John Bull
