Learning Lab #18‍

In December 2019, we were dispassionately viewing reports that a new strain of an infectious virus had been detected in Wuhan, China.  

One year on, we could not have predicted the impact it would have on the world… or the innovation, creativity, learning and collaboration it would inspire.

For our final Learning Lab of 2020, we shared the trends in leadership and coaching that MF observed through our work with a wide range of clients, both organisational and individual.  

We invited lab delegates to reflect on their experiences and learning from the 'plague year' to explore how these insights can be used to forge a brighter future.

We gave plenty of time to talk to each other in small groups and build relationships in the coaching and leadership space.
