Learning Lab: Career Coaching: Helping Clients Find Fulfilment at Work

Learning Labs
November 5, 2020

Learning Lab #17

Work is a significant part of many people’s lives – in terms of both time and emotional investment.

As coaches, how do we help people find fulfilment, balance and satisfaction through career coaching?

Natural human decision-making processes are subject to cognitive biases and unconscious influences.

The support of a good coach is therefore invaluable when considering important choices, like a change of career.

During this session we will explore the reasons clients engage in Career Coaching.

We will look at how we can support them in making decisions that are right for them.

We will also be considering the changing context of working environments and how this impacts the coaching people seek. What does this require of us as coaches?

- This session was designed by Gordon Ryan
