Learning Lab: Coaching for Transition

Learning Labs
March 21, 2019

Learning Lab #2

In times gone by a career often comprised of working for one or two organisations, operating in relatively stable environments, and working your way steadily up the ladder.

In today's world a career is more likely to be a series of engagements involving some or all of the following: Multiple organisations; Short term contracts; Geographical redeployment on a regular basis, often abroad; Sharp role changes; Abrupt changes of organisational strategy; A large proportion of relationships mediated by technology.

In short, the rate of, amount of and degree of transitional change has exploded for many of our clients.

This presents challenges and opportunities for us as coaches.
