Learning Lab #44
Management Futures has always been at the forefront of innovation and thinking – ‘Futures’ is very much the active part of our name!
We were one of the first UK organisations to establish executive coaching as a professional practice, and to train and qualify coaches.
Being deeply engaged with the development of our Coaching Futures, our philosophy is all about pushing boundaries for individuals, groups and organisations. In this learning lab we will ask: What are the dimensions along which Coaching could develop, both in terms of our coaching practice and in furthering its scope, reach and application?
What are the current Frontiers where we are pushing ourselves to explore new ground, whilst continuing to provide exceptional coaching in ways that already work so well?
Where are we significantly changing the ways in which we live and work, to adapt and support others in developing their lives and work?
As well as dealing with 'fresh' and 'fashionable' ideas - how can we continue to lend support to things that are already creating change but have scope to create yet more?
- This session was designed by Phil Hayes
