Influencing effectively often comes down to how we make people feel and our ability to engage others at both a logical and emotional level.
It’s also about building trust and credibility at pace, key skills for any leader, coach or development professional.
This interactive, experiential session will give you practical techniques to help you communicate ideas clearly and logically, as well as explore behaviours that motivate others to be the best they can be in the work place.
Using these key techniques, participants will be supported to embed different skills and behaviours necessary for both their own development as well as the development of their teams and clients.
