Learning Lab #45
“If the rate of change within your organisation is slower than the pace of change within its external environment – it will become irrelevant.”(Jack Welch)
When Darwin talked about ‘survival of the fittest’ it was never about strength. It was a reference to a species’ ability to adapt. The idea that those who can adapt are the best equipped to thrive feels incredibly relevant right now.
Although we recognise the importance of innovation and the ability to adapt quickly, many of us are missing a disciplined approach to identifying the problems that we most need to work on, and applying techniques to help us come up with creative solutions.
While creativity may come more naturally to some, it is absolutely a skill that can be developed and honed and we can do that quite quickly.
Let’s start with a 90-minute Learning Lab!
